RAR...DIRECTORY...NAME CHANGE...HELP!!!

Dear Staci...or ANYONE! I read and tryed my best to follow the instrustions to a "T" but A I can't unzip the file it's a RAR file...B I can't find World of warcraft directory, I'm guessing it's the first screen after you click the "wow folder"...and C. Ihave no idea what its telling me to do when it says to change the names of you...
