Bartender has an option to remove the vehicle bar texture and should be turned on. I use this with the UI Pack to make sure all vehicle buttons are placed over the action bar without the need for the Vehicle UI but maybe its a bug with Bartender? I did some customization to the layout of the UI (tweeking really, no code changes) but now I'm getting a strange problem with the player and target SUF frames.
