I suspected it may be something like 2 sounds trying to play at the same time and one getting priority. Anyway, back to my original post - if it's possible, need some help to make an event to play the sound if I hit a combo point generating ability and my combo points are already full.

Went to a target dummy to test it. Spent about 30min trying to make this occur. It appears to be somewhat unpredictable.
