I got this working on my warrior. In core.lua, I commented out 3 spells (124468, 64901, and 1120) in the castbar section, around line 340. I assume they do not exist anymore from ability pruning. I think that's all I had to do to get the errors to stop appearing. There might be other things that need to be done for other classes...

Just a small note, it seems the spellIDs of some spells have changed in 4.0.1 (or something). Notably, the debuff list for warriors is off. Rend is 94009 and Sunder Armor is 58567.
