The HP % is on the left side of the frame. In your screenshot it is on the right side.

At first, your frames look very nice.:)
Actually the package is still not packed properly, there is no oUF_Phanx folder included.
For me the name of the targetstarget isnīt shown as in your first screenshot. Any advice on this?
