reset all the defaults and it seems to be alright now, still throw me down to about 70-80fps but i can live with that

High FPS when in groups

So when I am using healbot outside of a group im perfectly fine (over 120FPS in stormwind) as soon as i join a group it drops down to 29FPS, turn off healbot and im over 100 again....
Please god tell me there is an explanation for this....i hate healing without healbot
