I really like this skin of yours, it looks real nice. One suggestion I would make is simply changing the layer that the casting bar lies on. I would rather have it on top of the health bar (which I may actually try to edit it myself) instead of under it.
EDIT: Is this even possible given the current framework the addon author has?
