would you be able to make it posible to change NetworkThrottlingIndex to a vale between 1 and 70 (maybe higher if 70 isnt the limit) or set it to FFFFFFFF to turn it off completely? that way i can work with it to get the best balance for my pc?

if i have 3 stacks of 20 and a stack of 4 herbs to mill it will return the "you can only mill 5" error, also Fireleaf is missing from the milling window
