Move and turn bars 45

Hi zork!! Great UI, I Use it for 3 months, an is amazing! I wanted to know if i can move the bars 45 from the right side of the screen, and put them above the bars 123, to have the five together in the same position :) I was trying to do this, but itīs impossible for me! and I hope you can help me. Thank you very much, for all :)
