 Fix for bar 4+5 fading out

its in the folder ractionbarstyler and in the config file just go to bar 4 it will look like this
mouseover = {
enable = true,
fadeIn = {time = 0.4, alpha = 1},
fadeOut = {time = 0.3, alpha = 0.2},
just replace (true with false)
