Small issues with DBM skinning

Hey, just letting you know that on current patch there are minor issues with DBM reskinning. It seems like core Free UI addon tries to reskin DBM 'constantly' and because of this, notification bars ocassionally switch between bold (glitchy) and thin (like intended) textures. It doesn't look like it happens only in combat - just rando...
