Quest tracker

What is the name of the Quest tracker or objective? After loading LUI in 3.2 yesterday everything works great except the quest tracker isn't translucent and I can't find any addon that looks like it. I want to know what it is and how to unlock it or update it. Great UI thanks for putting time into this, and hope that an update comes...
