UI not working correctly after relfux?

i did everything correctly, copy and pasted /reflux and have 1920 by 1080 and nothing is lined up. any tips?

i also had a problem with this ui, it said i had to download more gigs of data and whenever i pressed play it said i did not have a account when i typed in my stuff, by anychance is the coding in this set for EU or US?
