Unable to Inspect Players

Hello,
I am unable to inspect players, when I try nothing happens.
If I disable the UI then I can, so I suspect it's something within ELV or DEC. Any advice appreciated.

I love this UI so much, I was using it before MoP came out. I took a 2 month break from WoW until MoP came out. I reinstalled the UI and its not giving me the option to "expand" the unit frames to show the second action bars.

DK Runes

Love the UI, but have one small issue. The default Blizzard DK Runes are on the my screen just to left of center and I can't get them to go away. (I have checked the addon settings where applicable, and everywhere that I can find that says hide default blizz xxx, is checked).
