 Titan's grip

I have been having a problem with stance dancing. I am a Fury Warrior with Titan's Grip, but if change my stance then my off hand weapon unequipts and my sheild does not equipt this also happens when i mount up or dismosunt, my off hand just unequipts. Is there a code i need to type in manually or is there an Outfitter patch comming...
