Holy Shield missing from Cooldowns

Good evening! I'm really enjoying Raven, but with 4.2 the prot-pally "Holy Shield" became an ability that we (a) need to cast again, and (b) has a cooldown again. When I cast it, I see the Short Buff, but I get nothing in my cooldowns list indicating how long I've got before I can cast it again. It's new (again) for 4.2, so...
