 Got lag when altz is loaded

I use ALtz since the last mouth without problem. Since 3 last day, i start having weird lag, one per like 6 or 8 second. When i unload it, and return to normal wow, the lag stop, so its clearly something in the UI. Do someone know why?
PS: I sorry for my bad language, its not my first languages.
