He's talking about Gnomebliteration. It's not necessarily a drop in frame rate but it actually causes the WOW client to hang. This happens with every vehicle, but with Gnomebliteration its particularly problematic because it will cause the client to hang for 10+ seconds (or completely lock) FWIW, I was using an outdated version...
