Correct. TitanPanel has an option to move Blizzard stuff. You need to disable the options in TitanPanel that move Blizzard frames. Otherwise this mod will not work for you. (TitanPanel will constantly reset the BuffFrame) There is no visible option in TitanPanel, that I see, that will move Blizzard frames. I've tried the "Disable...

There's a small problem with this UI. During the Ultraxion encounter, the "Extra Button" to use during the fight does not show up on-screen. Is it hidden or did you not include it in this UI package? EDIT: Nevermind. Turned out to be an issue with Bartender4. Ignore my ramblings.
