@Mapekz The mod works fine for me and the friends who I know have downloaded it. Make sure other mods aren't interfering. I never have the problem of multiple announces when Dual Wielding but have heard that it happens to some. I'll see if I can fix that. v2.01 is a temporary update to provide basic compatability with MSBT. I'll be adding more configuration options when I expand the Options frame a bit more for all of the features.

I downloaded MSBT and I see that it has it's own windfury counter that also displays number of hits and crits. I will, however, still upload a version that is compatible with MSBT.
