First, I the castbars are still problematic. Their duration wont be refreshed if the debuff for example is being refreshed from another cast/spell. They will show the debuff as expired but the debuff will be still on your target or in case of a buff on your character.

One of your addons (probably SUF?) is hiding the player alternate power bar.

On my druid my dots get refreshed by my normal casts but the duration doesnt get updated on the bars.

I don't have this problem. So when you target NPC's you can't see their name? Very strange. Are you using the stand-up MUI setup or did you customize it in the config menu?

If anyone gets the same issue, I fixed it just by doing a /mui install and overriding bartender and masque settings.

I can't get the guild button to show in the bottom ui. I think the addon is SDLguild. Tried to work around it with commands and I saw that the plugin for it is enabled but still nowhere to be found. Any ideas?
