Same problem for me with my druid and the flying form.
When i cast the flying form, the trinkets change perfectly.
When i demorph into another form, there is no change back to the precedent form.
It worked fine before the 3.0.2 patch.
Where does it come from??
PS : great work for this addon i use since a long time
