 Unable to read text from mail, books, etc.

Hi,
I am using your latest version, and I am having a problem that several others have also mentioned where the text in mail from NPC's, books, and so on cannot be read due to the color of the font. Also, is there a way to lock down the actionbars? I keep having issues with moving things off the bars during fights.
