Would it be possible to make the ShardCounter module obey the "OOC and not full" alpha setting? I have my OOC alpha set to 0%, and it makes it so that I have to target something in order to see how many shards I have; I would like it to show up if I'm not full on shards, like my health bar does if I'm not at full health.
