I have "Throw" on a hotbar, to test for 30 yard range. This allows me to see when I'm at optimal distance for Sniper Training to kick in.
When I'm in range, it shows disabled; when I'm out of range, it shows disabled+red. Thus, I can't use "Action Usable" - I can't bounce my crossbow off of someone's skull.
