Use uppercase spell names: Leech!
I use Russian client, and Leech in combatlog shows as "Самоисцеление". Im 100% sure i put correct name, but its just doesn't work for non english client(maybe only for Cyrillic russian client)

Please add a way to block this annoying leech procs from gear:

Option in spam control to block spells doesn't work for name "leech" or "selfheal".
