Fixed! Yeah that was all a Gatherer mess up, during the update i accidentally turned on the gatherehud during updating all my mods..... Thanks for the response though, and for tomtom and lightheaded!

Well...I've generally found what's causing it. Gatherer is messing with tomtom, when I disable the gatherer spots on the minimap the weird stuff goes away. I'll just leave gatherer minimap disabled for now....
