This step is not right, right?
Extract the folders inside DecUI Core into your Interface/AddOns folder. Extract the folders inside DecUI Supplement Pack into your Interface folder. (NOT the Interface/AddOns folder)
Decui core has a addons folder
Supplement pack only has addons
