I was able to resolve this problem by scaling down the UI <1.0 a few ticks. Not the ideal set up but at least it's functional. Doesnt make sense to me why it would be center on some characters and not on others though. do you use shortbar script? or a actionbar addon? I do use bartender4 but to test SUI i disabled all other add...

The cast bar is placed properly on some character and to the far left on others. I reinstalled and checked defualt settings but the problem is still there. The x axis is set to the default zero yet it is not center. I have to change it to about 120 to get it centered then it's to the far right on other characters.
