Buffs with no duration (such as mounts) are showing a cooldown spiral for me. The spiral isn't moving, but it's showing about 1/16th as elapsed. Buffs with a duration are still behaving correctly.

Not sure if you've tested gossip frames, but black text on a black background is a bit difficult to read. Edit: Obviously you've already changed the font color in several places (like the Quest Log) to white. If you could change the rest of the Gossip Frame and the Required Items text from quest givers that would be sweet.

On my Death Knight the GCD seems accurate right up until I blow all my runes. Once all my runes are on cooldown, the GCD bar seems to follow the rune that is closest to finishing its cooldown.
