I am looking to make the health-bar decay go from right to left instead of top to bottom.. Is this a separate add-on for grid to allow this to happen?

I am having difficulty changing the health bar to black ( and stay black whether full health of half) and the background to white.. The old vuhdo this worked fine, but i seem to be stuck with mine being green, and i dont like it. Any info on how to change it would be great! Thanks

One question, I installed Recount and Omen. Recount is showing in the bottom right, but I dont see the omen. Have checked the options a few times and still cant get it. Any help would be great, thanks.
