 Addon problem

Hello,
First of all tks for this amazing UI. Just love it!
I installed on 2 PC's and in one of them i have this above showing and on the other nothing appears.
I guess the addon is Totem Timers, but i'm not 100% sure.

Any clue what's wrong on the 2nd PC for not showing?
