I seem to be having a problem with the stealth/shift bars on my rogue/druid. I can swap abilities in buttons that have a skill already, but any empty spot will replace an ability on my default bar. Mousing over/clicking the empty buttons is the same as the ones on the default bar. I can post a screenshot or list of addons if you need...
