Can Tidyplates show stealable Buffs...

Can Tidyplates show stealable Buffs ? I had checked EVERY Spellsteal Addon and no one does this job good.
I only want to know, when a Buff is stealable. Another Color for TPīs Nameplate or glowing Borders and when i steal this Buff, Party and/or Raid should be informed.
