Mana Gem, usable vs. existing

I would like to create an aura that will tell me that I do not carry a mana gem. I tried an activation based on Item Name and Invert on Mana Gem but it activates both on the mana gem missing AND when it is on cooldown... This is a bit confusing - I thought that "Action Usable" is supposed to take care of cooldowns and "Named It...
