Falling off the sides

Would it be possible to have the mouseover part to alway be on screen? I have problems with it falling off the side of the screen.

I'm tryign to get a stop casting macro that will then dispel magic. /stopcasting /cast Dispel Magic doesn't seem to be working....any advice?

Possible for a space between the Buffs and the Debuffs? I always like the Debuffs/badthings to be Alot more apparent then the buffs and stuff that friendlys have applied . Different Alpha scale perhaps?
