 Changing the Pop-up Frame for Achievements/Loot

Hey Guys,
I tried out this UI and I like it very much. I figured everything out rly quickly, but there is just one thing I canīt find. Maybe someone can help me:
How can I move the Pop-uP Window/Frame that pops up if I get Loot, an Achievement? Itīs at the bottom of the screen and I want to move it.
Somebody has an Idea?...
