Before my action bar was in the mid...

Before my action bar was in the middle of the 3 bars (I believe left one was on the top, then 1 through = was middle and right one was at the bottom) However in the latest patch the order switched, how would i go about moving it back to where it was ? Example : http://imgur.com/a/sm7ev

Seems like the latest patch broke textures in Character Info/ Mail / friends.. etc Also, due to font it's somewhat hard (for me) to tell the difference between 9&3 and 6&8 where would i change it ?
