Can't clear waypoints

Hi, I got a problem with clearing waypoints (via /noway or /way reset) it just doesn't work. I'm using LightHead along with Cartographer. Clicking the waypoints in lightheaded works, and I can see the waypoints on both worldmap and minimap. But I can't remove the with the above command. However manually rightclicking on the waypoi...
