I rarely have issues with hovercasting, its unpreditable but it looks as its not detecting im over raidframe. Using Elvui with it. No Lua errors tho (it is enabled, had lua errors from other addons which I disabled afterwards)
Sorry I cannot give you details as its hard to reproduce, but seems happening after I target enemy.
