Alright first thing I noticed none of the addons had the correct profile loaded, lack of a WTF file it would appear would be the reason for that. 2nd for some odd reason the ui would scale up and down randomly for no reason I went int and set it to 75% scale and it seemed to not change on me anymore. Other than that everything worked...
