 Enemy cast bar top left

Hey man - love the UI!
Couple of small problems though -
1) The enemy cast bar is stuck in the top left for me? I've tried moving it with moveanything and it always goes back, any ideas?
2) Where can I find controls of the resource bar in the middle? It's overlapping with my WeakAuras
