I would love an update for this; Volatile Life, my gloves, belt, and several other icons are not supported. This makes my UI 10x cleaner.

That cast bar is from Domino's built-in cast bar module, there are many ways to disable it, such as disabling the Dominos' Cast Bar addon at the character screen, or by unlocking all Dominos elements and simply hitting the cast bar area with your middle mouse/mouse scroll button.
