 Visibility Macros: Hidden Bar; Active Key Bindings.

I wish to hide an action bar and keep the key bindings active. The visibility macro 'hide' seems to work as an 'off' option - disabling the key bindings when hidden.
What visibility macro can I enter in-order to just keep the bar hidden from view (and unclickable, of course) while at the same time, the key bindings will stay activ...
