I'm not sure why it's doing this, but the UI is duplicating the skills from Bar 1 into the 9 slot section on the left. When I play my rogue this is fine as it is my stealth bar. But when I play my warrior this creates issues. Any ideas why this might be happening?

I don't know if this has anything to do with the UI or if I'm going insane, but after I went to sleep last night, my settings seemed to have not saved themselves. Causing me to have to re-do all the customization I did. (placement, keybinds, etc). Has anyone else encountered this? Or is it an isolated incident?
