layout help

ok need alittle help on the layout, i followed the sets both /reflux and the manual ones but my ui is all out of wack. not sure how to get all the panels in the right place. here's a link to what my ui looks like, any help would be great ty in advance. http://img32.imageshack.us/img32/3230/wowscrnshot071909215819.jpg
