Blizzard in all their genius revamped scaling and unchecked the box by default.
Just check the box and reload-- no need to do a reflux command. Everything will go back to normal.

That is Broker Group; it's between the friends and guild list at top middle. Right click or left click to open the options. You can choose "No Announce" so it doesn't annoy you :)

I had downgrade two versions because for some reason PRAT was throwing an error on my Priest with Pitbull- I lost half my unitframe for the player frame.
I forgot to copy it, I will try to load it up again later and post up the error report.
