To move the buffs keep "overrideBlizzbuffs" set to true, and on line 501 change "UIParent" to "self". This anchors the auras to the player frame, and after a reload you should see that they've moved. From there it's just a matter of tweaking the x/y to your liking (the opposite of your target frame's aura x/y is a good place to start...
