For bars i use rActionbarstyler and rActionBUtonstyler (big thanx to zork for it) ,with very small chages,Tooltip is standart tooltip but repositioned by small custom addon (not released ,need some improvements) ,if you ask about borders arround tooltip this is a another custom addon (not released ,need some improvements too) .

i dont know Deutsch too :)
for buff i use rBuff very litle edited by me,for minimap i use litle modified old version of iMinimap.
and i added support for oUF moveableframes but removed it., with pet or target and target working , but party and raid reseting their positions.Tbh i dont know ho...
