Font size in the newest update is far to small. At 1920x1200 it hurts my eyes to read. I tried to change font size in config, but it didn't work.

There seems to be another bug, BigWigs doesn't seem to skin itself, when I hit test it just shows the default bigwigs style.

For default blizzard tooltips its styled. But when you use tiptac or freebtip, it don't look right. Adding a tooltips folder with that border style would fix that.
